BASSOUL HENEINÉ WINS RENAULT’S P.A.R.I.S. CHALLENGE FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Represented by Pierre Heneiné, Renault Lebanon was awarded the P.A.R.I.S. Challenge 2016 (Partners Awards: Renault International Sales) for the third year running. Founded in 2014, the P.A.R.I.S. Challenge has allowed Renault Group to actively challenge its network of importers* by recognizing those that best represent the brand, best maintain company standards and best contribute to overall market shares and sales volumes.

According to Mia Bassoul, associate director of Bassoul Heneiné: “We are very proud to have won the P.A.R.I.S. Challenge yet again. The award honours commercial achievements, the upholding of Renault Group standards and overall client satisfaction.”
Bassoul Heneiné Group, Renault Group representative in Lebanon since 1952, is one of the car manufacturer’s first international importers. Bassoul Heneiné focuses all its effort on improving its customer service, with a team entirely dedicated to processing requests, answering questions and ensuring overall satisfaction. Company employees undergo continuous local and international trainings, accumulating over 300 instructional hours in 2016 alone. Bassoul Heneiné Group is also a Renault training centre for the Middle Eastern region.

* Between 2010 and 2015, Renault Group doubled sales volumes and sold over 200,000 vehicles. Renault Group importers in over 90 countries sold 7% of the Group’s total sales volume in 2015.
